Terms & Conditions WIN A WARDROBE
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to Coco & Lola The "Prize" refers to a 1 x $1000 AUD voucher to be used in a Coco & Lola store or online. Total prize pool is $1000 AUD
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The draw will take place in December 2024 at Coco & Lola’s Head Office. The draw will not take place publicly. The one (1) winning entrant will be notified by email (to the email addresses registered with the Promoter) on the same date. The winners must claim their Prize by responding via email 7 days past the winner being announced.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition, nor are the individuals featured in the giveaway campaign creative assets.
To enter the giveaway, each entrant is required to fill out their contact details in the entry form (found on https://cocoandlola.com.au/pages/win-a-1000-wardrobe)
The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
The prize is able to be spent on either full price or sale items and Coco & Lola's standard returns policy will apply.
The prize is unable to be used during a sale promotion event.
The price is valid for 6 months from the date of receiving.
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Coco & Lola’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
