All international orders are shipped with Australia Post Standard and the cost is calculated at checkout.
We also offer a Click and Collect and Same Day Delivery Service with Uber.

Processing Time
Orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched on the same business day *or promptly the following day.
If your order is placed after this time it will be dispatched the following business day. If your order is placed after 3pm on a Friday and over the weekend (Saturday - Sunday) your order will be dispatched the following business day.
Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service is available at all of our boutique locations. You will receive an email from our Online and Customer Care team when your order is ready for collection. This email is different from the order confirmation you will receive after your order has been placed.
Our team endeavors to have all Click & Collect orders ready for collection the same day, however there are the rare occasions where the item you have ordered is not available at your collection location. Our team will send an email to provide a delivery update and will follow up with an email once your order has arrived at your selected boutique location.
Click & Collect orders are required to be collected from your selected store within 14 days from your confirmation of pick up. 3 reminder emails and/or text messages will be sent as a reminder. After this date the order will be canceled and forfeited.
Same Day Delivery with Uber
We now offer a Same Day Delivery service with Uber within a 15km radius from our 4 boutiques and head office.

Tracking your order

Order Cancellation
Once your order has been placed and processed we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order. If you need to change your order or shipping details, please contact our Customer Care team straight away shop@cocoandlola.com.au or +612 8593 3205 and our team will advise the status of your order and if changes can be made.

On the rare occasion we may need to cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. Our Customer Care Team will notify you via email as soon as possible and wether offer a suitable replacement or a full refund for your order using your original payment method.

Duties & Taxes
Payment for all customer clearance and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Coco & Lola take no responsibility for any additional changes incurred for orders internationally.

Processing Time
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of order. During busy periods or sale events there may be delays in the dispatch and delivery of your order.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered with Australia Post International Standard. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address as a signature is requested and required upon delivery.
