Our Click & Collect service is available at all of our boutique locations. 

You will receive an email from our Online and Customer Care team when your order is ready for collection. This email is different from the order confirmation you will receive after your order has been placed. 

Our team endeavors to have all Click & Collect orders ready for collection the same day, however there are the rare occasions where the item you have ordered is not available at your collection location. Our team will send an email to provide a delivery update and will follow up with an email once your order has arrived at your selected boutique location.

To place a click and collect order it is important that you select at the check out process and also ensure that you have selected the correct store location.

Click & Collect orders are required to be collected from your selected store within 14 days from your confirmation of pick up.  3 reminder emails and/or text messages will be sent as a reminder. After this date the order will be canceled and forfeited.
