When shopping with us at Coco & Lola we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We offer easy and flexible returns when shopping with us online within 7 days of delivery.
If you change your mind for any reason, there are a number of options available for you to return your item to us.

Returns
Returns Policy
If you would like to return your item it must meet our Returns Policy
- The items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging in tack.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned.
- Gift vouchers are not eligible for return.
- Items purchased using a discount code (including any sale promotional code, flash sale code, welcome discount or birthday code) are non-refundable. A store credit will be issued.
- Pre order styles are made to order, they can be returned for a credit note only.
- Orders paid using payment provider (Afterpay, Klarna & Zip Pay) are eligible to be returned for a credit note only
- No return will be accepted outside of the 7 days return policy, without an RMA or communication of the parcel being returned and approved by customer care.
- If a returned is received without authority it will be sent back to the original address and a shipping fee with be payable by you. Alternatively a credit note will be issued.
- All returns must be posted back to us within 2 business days from the date your return was approved by the returns portal or customer care. Delayed returns over this will be issues a credit note on processing or sent back to the original address and a postage fee will be payable by you.
If your return does not meet these conditions we will be unable to accept your items and they will be rejected and returned to you at your own cost.
Full Price Items
- Full priced (excluding Pre Orders) items purchased online can be returned for a refund or credit note.
- Full priced items purchased in store can be returned for a credit note.
- Full priced items purchased during a promotional period with a discount code are subject to our Sale policy and can only be returned for a credit note.
- Full priced items purchased using a payment provider (Afterpay, Klarna or zip pay) are eligible to be return for a credit note only
Pre Orders
Our pre-order styles are made especially for you and will be shipped as soon as they arrive.
- As these styles are made to order, they can be returned for a credit note only, in line with our Returns Policy.
- If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately and shipping fees may apply
- If you would like to cancel your pre-order you will be eligible for a credit note.
Sale Items
- Sale items purchased online and in store are final sale
Final Sale Items
- Final Sale items refer to items marked with ‘FINAL SALE’ or are on sale.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for a refund or credit note unless deemed faulty by the internal Coco & Lola team.
Sending Back your Return
To lodge your return, please submit it via our online returns portal to receive your RMA.

Australian Returns
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own return shipping. You may use your preferred carrier, but we strongly recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
International Returns
International customers are also required to arrange their own return shipping at their own cost. You may use your preferred carrier, but we strongly recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
Returning to a Store
Online orders may also be returned to our Nedlands boutique at no additional cost. Returns must still be lodged via the online portal, and the item(s) must be delivered into store within 7 days of delivery.
Important Information
- Please ensure your return is packaged securely.
- Customers are responsible for items lost in transit. We are unable to issue refunds or credit notes for parcels that do not reach us.

Exchanges
Contact Customer Care via email shop@cocoandlola.com.au to see if an exchange can be organised for you.
Refunds
If your return is eligible for a refund, this will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping cost.
Once our team has received and processed your return you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for this amount to appear in your account.
Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use either online or in store. If you have purchased an item using a credit note, your refund will be issued in the form of a credit note.
Credit notes are to be treated like cash. Coco & Lola is not responsible for miss use or miss handling of credit notes.
Gift Card
Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
Gift cards are unable to be purchased using a credit note. The order will be cancelled and the credit note will be returned.
Afterpa, Klarna y and Zip Pay Purchases
Any order purchased using a BUY NOW PAY LATER payment provider (afterpay, Klarna or zip pay) is eligible to be return for a credit note only
If you are receiving a credit note, you will continue to make payments until the original item is paid for and will be issued a new credit note via email. This means 7 days from tracking showing the order as being delivered.
All items need to be returned new, unused and with all designer and brand tags attached. All returns need to be inline with our Returns Policy above.
Processing time for Returns
Please allow 21-30 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has processed your return.
If you are returning your online order in store, please allow 21-30 business days for your refund to be processed.
Incorrect or Faulty item
Our team quality control and inspect all items to the highest standard before they are dispatched. If you receive an item that is incorrect or appears to be not right, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately by emailing shop@cocoandlola.com.au with your order number and images of the fault or issue you have experienced.
For items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, by accident, miss use or failure to use in accordance with the care instructions provided with the item or online may not be considered as faulty.
A thorough internal and/or external assessment of the item is carried out to ensure the best possible outcome. If an item has been approved faulty (which may happen on the rare occasion) Coco & Lola will firstly try to replace the item and if a replacement is unsuccessful will provide a credit note or refund where applicable.

Phone Order Returns Policy
Phone orders can be returned for a credit note, within 10 days of collecting the order and must meet our returns requirements.
Coco & Lola Boutique Return & Refund Policy
Purchases made in store with Coco & Lola can be returned within 7 days from the original date of purchase for either an exchange or a credit note.
