What is a Sale Item?
A Sale item is any item that has been purchased with a sale tag and reduced price. This discount is automatically applied during the check out process when shopping online.
There are some Exclusions from End of Season Sale where the discount will not apply.
What is a Final Sale Item?
A Final Sale Item is any item that has been tagged with Final Sale.
Final Sale Items purchased are not eligible for return and can only be returned if deemed faulty by Coco & Lola.
Can I return an item I purchased on sale?
Sale items purchased Online during the Black Friday sale without a final sale tag are eligible to be returned for a Store Credit.

Do I need a discount code to shop the sale
We have made shopping our sale easy and simple. Price are as marked.
No other discounts can be applied when shopping the Black Friday Sale.
How long will it take to receive my item ?
All orders purchased during may take up to 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be dispatched. You’ll receive an email with the tracking details upon fulfilment of your order. Rest assured our online team is working hard to have this delivered.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders purchased via our Online Store are unable to be canceled. Please review your order closely before checking out to ensure you have selected the correct items.
Will I have to pay for Duties and Taxes?
Payment for all customer clearance and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Coco & Lola take no responsibility for any additional changes incurred for orders internationally.
For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
What happens if I have only received a portion of my order?
This means your order has been wrapped with love from multiple Coco & Lola Boutiques and means more goodies to open. You would have been sent 2 or more tracking numbers to keep an eye on your remaining pieces.
There may be a slight delay in shipping timeframes due to the different locations your order has been dispatched from.
Can I purchase and order for Click & Collect?
