Full priced Items purchased with the 30% off discount online during The Coco & Lola End of Season Sale 2024 can only be returned for a Store Credit.

Final Sale items purchased during The Coco & Lola End of Season Sale 2024 with the further 30% off promotion can not be returned unless deemed faulty by Coco & Lola. A final sale item is an item that is already on sale and purchased with an additional 30%off.

Orders placed before or after The Coco & Lola End of Season Sale 2024 cannot have the discount applied to the order.

SHIPPING

All orders purchased during The Coco & Lola End of Season Sale 2024 will begin dispatching from Wednesday 10th of January 2023.

All orders purchased during The Coco & Lola End of Season Sale 2024 may take up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) to be dispatched.

You will receive an email with the tracking details upon fulfillment of your order.

ONLINE RETURNS

Full priced Items purchased with the 30% off discount during The Coco & Lola End of Season Sale 2024 can only be returned for a store credit.

This includes any Full Priced item that has been purchased with the 30% off discount automatically applied at the checkout.

Sale Items purchased as a FINAL SALE item during The Coco & Lola End of Season Sale 2024 cannot be returned, unless the item is deemed faulty by our internal Coco & Lola Team. This includes any items that are further reduced with an additional 30% off.

We are excited to be able to offer our Click and Collect service during The Coco & Lola End of Season Sale 2024 . Due to the overwhelming response to our sale event, there is a slight delay on when Click and Collect orders will be ready at your selected boutique.
