 We are seeking a passionate  Boutique Stylist  to inspire the customer journey within our  Boutique.  Reporting to the  Boutique Business Manager and Boutique Experience Manager, you will have 1+ years experience in a similar role and will be responsible for creating an unforgettable, all encompassing styling and shopping experience for our customers that celebrates the Coco & Lola brand, our values and our customer. 

As a Boutique Stylist , you will have a strong understanding of Australian designer brands, fabrics and silhouettes, styling concepts and trends and will be dedicated to showcasing and providing premium styling support while creating memorable and long lasting customer relationships  and unique tailored shopping experiences.

Working in a fast-paced and inspiring environment our Boutique Stylists are customer focused and dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience within our Boutiques. 

Our Boutique Stylists are responsible for upholding the Coco & Lola company core values along with setting and delivering a premium level of customer service. 

The Coco & Lola customers are the heart of our boutiques, our Boutique Stylists are instrumental in inspiring and supporting their experience and journey in store. 

 

Role & Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional level of customer service. 

Be a Coco & Lola brand ambassador in all its facets with pride.

Showcase a strong understanding of Australian designer brands, fabric knowledge, styling concepts and trends. 

Take pride in maintaining an in-depth knowledge of product, brands and industry trends.

Have a finger on the pulse mindset while understanding the needs and expectations of our customers.

Assist and support the boutique operations, merchandise and stock related processes.

Assist with the presentation of the boutique.

Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve objectives,  goals and a premium level of customer service and experience.

 Be focused on creating lasting relationships with customers and building and nurturing loyal and VIP relationships.
