The Becca Dress in Rosa Fleur from New Romantics is made from a textured floral mesh, features an adjustable halter neck tie and is fully lined. 

The neckline can be styled three different ways as halter, cross over or one shoulder.

This style is firmly fitted under the bust at the top off the waist and has a small amount of stretch through out.
