Our pre-order styles are made especially for you and will be shipped as soon as they arrive.

• Estimated delivery timeframes are a guide and may be subject to change.
  
  
• As these styles are made to order, they can be returned for a credit note only, in line with our Returns Policy.

• If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately and shipping fees may apply. 
  
  
• If you would like to cancel your pre-order you will be eligible for a credit note.

We offer Complimentary Express Shipping on all orders Australia Wide on orders over AUD $300. We also ship internationally.

Returns

Full priced items are available for a credit note or refund. 

For Pre order Items,  these styles are made to order, they can be returned for a credit note only, in line with our Returns Policy. To view our pre order terms click here. 

Full priced items purchased on SALE are eligible for a credit note only unless faulty.

Items purchased as FINAL SALE can not be returned unless deemed faulty by Coco & Lola.
