We offer easy and flexible returns when shopping with us online within 10 days of delivery or purchase.
If you change your mind for any reason, there are a number of options available for you to return your item to us.

If you would like to return your item it must meet our Returns Policy
- The items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with original tags and packaging in tack.
- All swimwear and body suits must be tried on wearing undergarments. The protective hygiene strip must stay in place and can not be removed.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned.
- Gift vouchers are not eligible for return.
If your return does not meet these conditions we will be unable to accept your items and they will be rejected and returned to you.
Full priced items purchased online can be returned for a refund or credit note.
Full priced items purchased in store can be returned for a credit note.
Sale items can be returned for a credit note only.
During sale events and promotions when there is a further discount on sale items, these items are considered final sale and unable to be returned.
A return fee of $10 will apply to Australian returns to cover the cost of the return shipping label and will be deducted from the refund of the credit note amount.
International customers will need to ship their returns back to Coco & Lola using their own chosen method of shipping and be responsible for the item. We advise keeping a record of the tracking number.
Online orders may be returned to a Coco & Lola store for no additional cost, however the return must be lodged online via the link here - https://cocoandlola.com.au/a/return and delivered into the store within 10 days of delivery.
Please take care when sending back your item. Any items lost in the post are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes. We always recommend keeping a hold of tracking numbers to avoid missing parcels.
A final sale item refers to an item that is purchased with an additional discount on top of the already discounted price. These items are unable to be returned for credit note, unless deemed faulty by Coco & Lola.
Any full priced item purchased with a discount (for example 25% off) can only be returned for a store credit. Credit notes are valid for 3 years. Any sale items purchased with an additional discount are unable to be returned unless the item is deemed faulty but our internal Coco & Lola team.
At this time Coco & Lola are unable to offer exchanges for online orders. If you are wanting to exchange for another size or style, we advise repurchasing and returning your item for either a refund of credit note.
If your return is eligible for a refund, this will be refunded back to your original payment method, less the return shipping cost.
Once our team has received and processed your return you will be notified via email. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for this amount to appear in your account.
Credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use either online or in store. If you have purchased an item using a credit note, your refund will be issued in the form of a credit note.
Credit notes are to be treated like cash. Coco & Lola is not responsible for miss use or miss handling of credit notes.
Gift Cards are not eligible for return.
BUY NOW PAY LATER Orders
For any order purchased using a BUY NOW PAY LATER payment provider will be refunded for credit back to your purchased platform.
If you are receiving a credit note, you will continue to make payments until the original item is paid for and will be issued a new credit note via email.
This means 10 days from tracking showing the order as being delivered.
All items need to be returned new, unused and with all designer and brand tags attached.
All returns need to be inline with our Returns Policy above.
Processing time for Returns
Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when our team has processed your return.
Incorrect or Faulty item
Our team quality control and inspect all items to the highest standard before they are dispatched. If you receive an item that is incorrect or appears to be not right, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately by emailed email@example.com with your order number and images of the fault or issue you have experienced.

For items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, by accident, miss use or failure to use in accordance with the care instructions provided with the item or online may not be considered as faulty.
A thorough internal and/or external assessment of the item is carried out to ensure the best possible outcome. If an item has been approved faulty (which may happen on the rare occasion) Coco & Lola will firstly try to replace the item and if a replacement is unsuccessful will provide a credit note or refund where applicable.

Phone orders fall under our online returns policy. Phone orders can be returned within 10 days of collecting the order and must meet our returns requirements.

Purchases made in store with Coco & Lola can be returned within 10 days from the original date of purchase for either an exchange or a credit note.
